Everything good with property. Did' not the like that Expedia increased price after I selected property and was filling out details. This will have us consider different options for searching hotels in future. Perhaps you should think was is the " Lifetime value" of a customer vs hacking for an additional $50. I know the answer apparently expedia does not!

Room-windows dirty. Couldn’t appreciate the view of the lake. Many areas in the room needed touch up paint. Housekeeper didn’t get to my room on the first day despite me being gone for about 3 hours. When I left she was about 3 doors down from my room and when I got back she was in the same area.

It was perfect for my one night stay after an awesome concert!!! Easy walk and very awesome experience at the hotel. My mom really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Wish I brought my bathing suit. It looked so relaxing!

It was the best hotel in Toronto, one of the best around the world. The view of the lake and access to the ferry boats, the St Lawrence Market, the entertainment district, was amazing.

It was a good stay at the hotel. Staff was really nice. I had a issue with a dirty washroom that was kind of annoying. I had to ask a few time to get the gross yellow marks of the ceiling above the tub. The stairs coming into the hotel are very sketchy and look like they never are swept. I was kinda disappointed that my corner room was not facing just the water like I was hoping for when I booked.

Arrived to check in at approximately 4pm. We were advised there was no room available for us even though check in begins at 3pm. We were offered a room with 1 king size bed but since we were travelling with two children that wasn’t even an option. We were also advised their parking lot was full and to seek parking elsewhere. Not comfortable with our vehicle being off site in a lot and the inconvenience of not having our room ready (we had an event we needed to get ready for) we decided to cancel our reservation in its entirety. This is not the first time we’ve been disappointed by this hotel. We opted to try and stay here again only for its location. We will not be visiting this hotel again. We were able to find a room quickly at a neighbouring hotel with parking and an available room for a lower rate.

The location of our stay was convenient for us. The cleanliness of our room was ok. Lots of finger prints and dust everywhere. Even a black smudge on the inside of the bathroom door below the handle due to a high traffic area. The staff were super friendly however.

DONT TRUST THE ROOM PICTURES My recent stay at The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto was a complete disappointment. What was advertised as a luxurious, modern room turned out to be a blast from the past, reminiscent of the 1980s. The stark contrast between the glossy, airbrushed images on their website and the reality of the room I stayed in is downright deceitful. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the outdated decor and furnishings. The room felt like a relic, with worn-out carpeting and faded wallpaper. It was a far cry from the sleek, contemporary design depicted online. Adding insult to injury, the temperature inside the room was unbearable. Despite adjusting the thermostat multiple times, the air conditioning unit failed to provide any relief. I spent a restless night tossing and turning in the stifling heat, unable to achieve a comfortable temperature. But perhaps the most egregious offence was the blatant misrepresentation of the accommodations. The photos on the hotel's website portrayed spacious, elegantly appointed rooms with modern amenities. In reality, what I received was a cramped, outdated space devoid of any semblance of luxury. It's evident that The westin prioritizes marketing gimmicks over providing a satisfactory guest experience. By luring customers in with false advertising, they betray the trust of unsuspecting travellers who expect honesty and transparency.
