This hotel is modern and chic with such friendly staff and amazing service. They made me feel so special for my birthday! We dined at the Skylight restaurant on the rooftop and the food and drinks were unique and delicious.There was also a complementary mixology class in the evening, which was an amazing additional activity to our stay.

Really love this hotel so close to Yorkville and it just was a lovely cosy vibe! Caroline at the front desk was a dream, lovely and accommodating. Looking forward to visiting real soon!

Got to the hotel and it was overbook. They sent me to another hotel. Not a great experience but its more the fault of Expedia not The W. Who really knows but after traveling all day and arriving only to have this happen was very disappointing.

Modern, chic Lobby is hard to find though from street level Would definitely stay again. Area around the hotel can be a bit rough but did not feel unsafe.

This property exceeded my expectations. Self parking was easy to navigate and inexpensive compared to other Toronto hotels I’ve stayed in. Front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Room service was great and came in a timely manner. The bed was exceedingly comfortable, towels refreshed daily, the robe is an excellent touch. Every amenity was at my fingertips. I am looking forward to staying again and experiencing even more that this property has to offer!

Great central spot for a girls’ weekend in the city. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean!!! Public School food is tasty and offers great service. Can’t go wrong with a W property ❤️

Barely got any sleep firr alarm went off at 1 am and had a meeting at 6 am . Had to evecuate with my pyjamas and They weren’t giving us any instructions what was going and no compensation for our troubles
