Sublet or year lease - I split my time between living on Toronto Island and staying downstairs this cozy little house in the city. The house is in a super-quiet cul-de-sac right in the heart of Kensington Market — super central. 3 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom but you have the whole house – Laundry – Dishwasher - Central air conditioning - lots of butchers, bakers, cheesemongers, restaurants, bars - the best neighbourhood.
