Location: Kenzington Market and Queen Street are right nearby, location speaking it could not have been better.
Our toliet and sink were plugged but they did the right thing and moved us to a new room. This is an old worn out hotel with some of the most beaten up furniture I have seen in a hotel chain and half of the lights in the room weren't working. This hotel has only the bare basics but it was economical, a great location and the staff were very decent.

Good location, fair infrastructure

Posted 15-Oct-2016
Location: CN tower, Union Station, Convention Center, Ripley's Aquarium, Casa Loma.
Pro's- 1-The hotel location was very convenient as I was attending an activity in the Metro Toronto Convention Center. Access to public transportation is great. Also access to restaurants and places of interest downtown Toronto (CN tower, Stadium, etc) was great. 2- The price was great for the location. 3- The room had a good TV,fair bed, a small fridge, desk. This hotel is located in a mall and the view from my room was to the mall but I woud say it was still Ok. Con's Several maintenance and cleanliness issues noticed. 1- The bathroom door had chipped painting 2- The tub had chipped porcelain 3- Towels were stained. 4- Hair dryer was not working 5- Not sure the carpet is very clean I noticed the room was cleaned everyday. But certainly they must replace stained towels and fix the maintenance issues. Parking is very expensive in Toronto. I rented a car but don't recommend this option if you stay in a centric location as the Super 8.

Just like home

Location: City Chinatown center, well worth exploring. Union station a mile away. Museums not far north. Excellent public transport, close to financial district
Easy walking distance to downtown or museums (within 1.5 miles) and a great range of shopping in Chinatown and along the old garment district row on Queen Street. Good restaurants nearby and complimentary breakfast in hotel. Appreciated the fridge & microwave for my good leftovers. 3rd floor lobby/rooms make it quieter, blackout curtains did an admirable job.

Great value for the price in downtown Toronto.

Posted 04-Oct-2016
We scrambled at the last minute for a Saturday booking. The initial search results didn't look promising. Then this one showed up for a surprisingly reasonable price. We were happy with the stay. The place actually looks just like the pictures advertise. It was clean and modern and felt like good value for the price and location. The front desk staff were competent, if a little abrupt. We would return to this place with no concerns.

One night in the heart of the city

Posted 02-Oct-2016
My hubby and I came to Toronto for a Just For Laughs. We had a great night in the heart of the city. We were a little leery because of the exterior was a bit run down but inside was a pleasant atmosphere. We were Close to bars, restos and the tcc. Bed was comfy, parking was $11 (if you didn't drive in and out) bathroom was clean, check in was a breeze.
