The room was exactly as advertised and overall my stay was very good. The only very complaint would be that my shower /tub was a bit wonky and the shower curtain wouldn’t budge. Very minor issues, really.

Sonder looked great. The suite was beautiful, and it was close to every main attraction/our desired location. The only downfall is that there are no cleaners or a reception desk. We thought this wouldn't be a concern at first due to having an online check-in and a place close by to store our luggage. However, it was not useful having no one come by to check up on how we were doing, if we needed anything, to take garbage away, etc. We were given 2 towels for our entire stay, and we were not given more than one roll of toilet paper. This room was shared between two people over 5 days. We reached out to the hotel about the towels and got two more, but they did not acknowledge our toilet paper request. They also did not come by to pick up any garbage ( we even requested that they do so). This is not functional and is leaving us with no option other than to be dirty. Flies joined us during our stay as a result of them not taking the garbage away because we did not know what to do with it. There was no guidance provided. It is disgraceful that they could not provide us with toilet paper or ensure we were taken care of during our stay here. As I said, the place looked great, the water was hot, and the location was ideal, but the ignorance and lack of care by the staff should not go unnoted.

Clean and very nice looking rooms in a great location. Lots of food around the area. No waiting to check in or check out. Dual shower heads were a great touch. Not so great - bathroom had no ventilator and using it would stink up the room - doors where thin and the sounds of people in the hallway kept me up

This stay was over all excellent, great location, and easy self check-in. However the room was very loud and hard to sleep due to some noise from within the building itself - like loud pipes or something. Based on that, if you are a light sleeper like me, I would not recommend. Which sucks, as it's such a great price/location!

This hotel has no reception, no staff, just a number to text if you want something and if your non Canadian mobile phone doesn't do international texting you are stuck! The tv is only a streaming system and the internet cuts out a lot. Simple but very clean rooms.
