Sonder looked great. The suite was beautiful, and it was close to every main attraction/our desired location. The only downfall is that there are no cleaners or a reception desk. We thought this wouldn't be a concern at first due to having an online check-in and a place close by to store our luggage. However, it was not useful having no one come by to check up on how we were doing, if we needed anything, to take garbage away, etc. We were given 2 towels for our entire stay, and we were not given more than one roll of toilet paper. This room was shared between two people over 5 days. We reached out to the hotel about the towels and got two more, but they did not acknowledge our toilet paper request. They also did not come by to pick up any garbage ( we even requested that they do so). This is not functional and is leaving us with no option other than to be dirty. Flies joined us during our stay as a result of them not taking the garbage away because we did not know what to do with it. There was no guidance provided. It is disgraceful that they could not provide us with toilet paper or ensure we were taken care of during our stay here. As I said, the place looked great, the water was hot, and the location was ideal, but the ignorance and lack of care by the staff should not go unnoted.
