You have to email them some details including your ID and a selfie. You also pay the damage deposit via PayPal before they send you the check in details. Note that contrary to the information from Expedia, there is no front desk for the accommodation. The security people there do not have anything to do with check in. Everything has to be done remotely. Once the check-in hassle was over, the studio apartment was nice. It had all the usual amenities including a cooker, microwave and utensils. The apartment was on the 13th floor of a condo in the heart of Yonge Street in Downtown Toronto with all the shops and restaurants. Perfect for the University and hospitals. The host needs to improve on the check-in process.
