Walking distance to Skydome, CN Tower, Aquarium, Financial District and hundreds of restaurants. Close to Eaton centre and Queen street fashion district. Easy access to TTC and GO station. Grocery, LCBO, TD bank and so on right in the Building. This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer. Kitchen with cookware. Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster and so on. Iron and ironing board. Guest access Access to the Pool, Gym is allowed for 28+ days stay. Other things to note According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests\` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can\`t guarantee a refund. \- Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price. The price is $10 per night if you book for at least 15 nights. Please request in advance as it could be booked. \- Pets are allowed in the apartment.
