The space was close and walkable to everything we wanted to see along the waterfront. The bed was comfortable. Too bad it was March as I would have liked to have a swim in the pool.

They not give any information where is the apartment what is the number which floor etc Also they ask to pick up key one place apartment is in different place.i spend more then 3 hours to figure out everything, if I call they not respond even, very bad customer service, I am not recommending any one to take this.

Great spot once you get the keys! We booked a bit last minute so it was a little bit of a run around getting the keys but loved the stay and it’s in a great location :) love that it has a kitchen and you can cook your own food!

The location of this property was wonderful - good walking distance to what we wanted. We were told we could pickup the key anytime between 8 am and 12 am. We went at 2 pm and the key box was not there. I emailed and was told to send a pic of the key boxes which I did. And then heard nothing. I emailed again and was told check in was not til 4 pm. At 4 pm, I went back to get the key and it still was not there. I called both numbers on my sheet and no one answered. A lady with very poor English told us she had to clean the apartment yet but gave us the keys. She followed us to the building and took the keys saying she would be 20 minutes. I received an email from Globalstay saying the key was now in the box. At 4:50 pm, the cleaning lady came down and gave us back the keys. When we got to the apartment, we noticed there was no outside handle on the door. When i mentioned to Globalstay I was told they knew about it. It was very obvious from the dirty state of the apartment, not much care was given to clean it. There was a broken cupboard door, a broken lamp switch, pullout couch was off its tracks, dishes were dirty in the cupboard and dishwasher, no top sheet on the bed, toaster didn't work well, no pods for dishwasher, no detergent for towels that we had to wash, garbage left behind on the stand in the living room and no batteries in the clock on the wall. For the money, we paid to stay there, our expectations were horribly deflated! I will never stay again with Globalstay!!

Property is in poor repair. First time we went to close the blinds two slats fell down. Opened the cupboards & found more fallen slats in storage. Some cupboards are broken. Dining table chair is broken. Cleaning staff "found" a cigar and said they smelled smoke in the room - I've never smoked a day in my life & my 10 year old doesn't either. But there's the damage deposit gone. No questions about the blinds, chair or cupboards though. Rental agency moved the location for key pick up without telling me.

Ужасный опыт, никому не советую связываться с этой квартирой. Во-первых, квартира грязная, во-вторых в квартире клопы, меня искусали всю. При выселении мы оставили всё в идеальном виде и вынесли мусор, но через неделю нам прислали фото сгоревших кастрюль и сказали это мы их спалили и что депозит останется у них! Это позор! Такого ужасного опыта у нас не было ни в одном городе мира! Так что если не хотите попасть на мошенников, лучше остановитесь в другом месте!
