Check-in attendant/Manager catered to one person and did not initially support another with similar payment cards at check in. Once it was highlighted that the two were actually traveling together, the second person was allowed to check in without additional difficulty.

Just needed a quick place to sleep on an 8 hour layover. Shuttle was conveniently waiting right outside airport upon landing! Check in seamless and easy. Rooms basic - my sheets had old stains on them. Would recommend increasing frequency of shuttle service to airport between busy hours of 0400-0700h as the limited seats forced us to wait outside in freezing temps vying for a seat. Many had to walk or take Uber which is not ideal.

Nothing. We were told there was parking on the app only to be told there were no places available so we were on our own to find somewhere to park. Stuff we’re not helpful. They knew by our address we were driving here…. We could have easily been informed! Never again!

Hotel was good, the staff were great. Our only area of concern was the noise in the hall during the night. I assume there was a team staying in the hotel and the parents used the hall as a meeting place.

Just not making sure as it can be confusing that both the Sheraton shuttle and the Four Points by Sheraton stop at the same post at airport. Im sure we arent the only people that got on the wrong one and even when i showed the shuttle driver my receipt before getting on, he didnt recognize it was wrong either. We ended up having to get an Uber back to the right hotwl and it was late at night qith an exhaustwd child. So please be more careful with shuttle service and actually looking

It's was close to the airport. The 24 hour check in was convenient. We used the shuttle to and from hotel to airport. Parking our vehicle for the week was easy and stress free.
