I recently stayed and was greeted by a very friendly customer service agent at the front desk, she was very pleasant and our check in was seamless, she noted our room was upgraded which we thought was very nice however we didn't take it as we needed 2 separated beds we came back down and we were moved to our 2nd room, it wasn't like the 1st one the room was not very clean the sofa-bed shhets had crumbs in it and looked like the sheets were not clean. It was a huge disappointment we couldn't change the room as the hotel was fully booked l.I was upset as we expected it to be up to par. Unfortunately i will not rebook this location again.

Hotel was clean and modern looking. Room appeared as though it had been recently updated. Front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. Stayed for 4 nights and did not regret it.

ITS WAS VERY CLEAN EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE ONLY THING DISLIKE 2 MINUTES BEFORE 11PM ENTERANCE COMING INTO HOTEL WAS LOCK AT TO DO BUZZ FRONT DESK TOOK A BIT FOR THEM TO OPEN DOOR TO ASSISTANT ME.

No breakfast included- other properties in area have complimentary breakfast for comparable price.
Fridge and coffee maker in room were broken.
Employee tried to tell me that I had to hold up the coffee carafe to the dripper to make coffee- turned out it was broken- after I insisted for a while advising that there was a piece was missing from the top of the pot- he located another one and fixed the issue.
Halls smelled of smoke- marijuana. I spoke to maintainence about it- they told me that was another room whose occupants had left.
Overall not the best for the price I paid

Sofa bed should be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Sofa was stained making it feel unsanitary. Mircowave was not clean.

The hotel was great. Clean, comfortable and great staff. Expedia was awful. I called to change my reservation and instead of changing it like I asked and they sent a confirmation for they double booked me at the hotel so I got two bills as if I hadn’t showed up. Wasted thirty minutes sorting it out and had no one to call at Expedia

35$ for 2 burgers and fries at the bistro , ketchup is the only condiment available. Bistro would be my only complaint, otherwise i had a decent stay.

I liked that you could angle the Tv away from the bed & the room had blackout blinds. However the bathroom need a small grab bar beside the toilet as it was an old 14” high( not the current 17” high) toilet….the curving shower current is a very good cleanliness addition . Then curtain never touches the user . The grab bar at the tub was correctly placed👍

Friendly staff and very welcoming. Just didn’t realize this hotel was by main road Steeles and by the 410. My mistake, overall great experience at this location besides my own mistake. 10/10 would recommend

Clean rooms, parking very full but not impossible tonfind a spot. Pool very disappointing, stayed 2 nights, fist night pool closed entirely, second night no hot tub or slide available, which were largely the reason we chose this hotel.
