Enjoy full privacy in your bright and spacious, above-ground 1-bedroom coach house. Unlike typical basement units, this suite is located above the garage with large sunlit windows. Features include a private entrance with a smart lock, hardwood flooring throughout, a modern kitchen with cooktop and full-size fridge, cozy living room with smart TV and dining space, and a large bedroom with a generous walk-in closet.
Perfect for single travelers, couples, or business guests seeking a peaceful stay in a prestigious community.

The space is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival, ensuring a welcoming, fresh environment. A Tesla EV charger is also available (one full charge per day for $50 fee), making it perfect for eco-conscious travelers. Exterior security cameras are installed for your safety, monitoring the driveway and door — no cameras inside the unit, ensuring full privacy.

You’ll have exclusive, private access to the entire coach house unit. This includes:

Private entrance with keyless smart lock

Tesla EV charger (available upon request for $50 per charge)

Guests staying for a longer duration may also have access to the shared laundry room with a premium washer and dryer (shared with the main house occupants / other guests). Access instructions for laundry will be provided after booking.

Please note: Use of the backyard, pool, garage, and front yard is not included as part of your stay.

Check-in is self-service using a secure smart lock. Instructions will be sent prior to your arrival.

It's so rare to find such a nice above ground apartment and at such a great price too. The apartment was beautiful, my family loved our stay and the host was wonderful and attentive.
