Nothing was too much trouble and a wealth of information was given to us to make the best of our short 2 night stay. Hotel was next to bus stop, and direct access to the lake side promenade too. Room was very clean, very comfortable beds, amazing shower and a fridge. Loved the shutter for windows and the awnings that cover the balcony in sunnier times. Improvement needed: minor maintenance issue of the power plug cube being broken off its stand on one side of the bed and night stand shades need tightening. 2 coffee pods per day for 2 people in a room is not generous at all, especially when you charge Chf 4 per extra capsule. That said, we had an outstanding stay and the only regret was we were not staying longer.
