The hotel was very close to the station, restaurants and shops. Hotel was clean, but would have been great if there was more space and a fridge. Breakfast was okay. Good place to stay if you are going to Disneyland, 3 stops away on the train. The staff were polite and very helpful.

A decently priced hotel with excellent and helpful staff. Accommodation has no frills but that's OK if one does not pay for them.
For our purpose (a Disney visit) it was superbly placed and also had an excellent rail service into and around Paris for a very reasonable price.
So, I feel as though I have to mention how lovely the staff were. They were so accommodating and friendly and check in was quick and easy. Also, it is a quick walk to rer station just three stops from disneyland.
However, the shower in our room didn't work. Also, the location is depressing. Despite its close proximity to disneyland, I feel the deprived neighbourhood isn't a good spot for a hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I was staying with friends, but I'd never stay here again with my son. The corridors were outside and, for that reason, it didn't feel so secure for a child. But it is a cheap hotel, so I guess you get what you pay for.
Also, I wouldn't recommend spending ten euros on the breakfast. Far too expensive for what it is.
My grown daughter & I stayed a week. It was so nice, safe & comfortable. We carried our 23 kilo duffle bag back to the metro station when departing - a 7 minute walk.
On our way to the airport we hooked up with two travelers via metro. One man left his credit card on the table & it was stolen by the maid. He'd stayed in a room for double the price without a frig. - PER PERSON! Another gal was also robbed.
This place was perfect - just 3 stops from Disneyland & a 20 minute train ride to the eart of Paris. On Wed. I went to the Louvre, returned one for lunch & back again.
I took precautionary measures by locking up my suitcase (there's a Carrefour an upgraded French-style KMart 15 min. Walk away where I bought a lock).
I'll return to this apartment studio residence.

Firstly, the location is very good here, Premiere Classe is a 10 min walk from the RER station. Just 3 stops on the RER from Disneyland Paris (10 min journey approx) and 20-30 mins from central Paris.
The accommodation is very basic. But what do you expect by paying £30 a night? Beds are comfortable, bathroom is small but serves its purpose. Maids clean the room every day although did come quite early on our visit.
Our 2 main issues (the reason that I didn't give it a 4 or 5 out of 5) were that our key cards for the room didn't work most nights when we returned after a day of sightseeing. This was easily rectified by going to the reception but was still annoying.
Secondly, one morning at about 7am, a woman shouted very loudly banging on all of the doors waking us up as there was a group of school children staying at the hotel. While this isn't the hotels fault, it still prevented us from getting a good nights sleep. Luckily it was just the one night!!
All in all though, I would stay again. This is my third or fourth time staying at this hotel and I would do it again, it's good if you're on a budget or if you're just looking to stay for a couple of nights. As long as you go in with the expectation that the accommodation is very basic you'll be fine (think basic motel!).
The hotel also provides breakfast although we didn't opt for this as we found going to the Carrefour supermarket more convenient. The Campanile over the road also does a nice and affordable buffet.
In the eastern suburbs of Paris, this former Gallo-Roman market town boasts a medieval church, the Eglise Saint Barthelemy, and a 19th-century palace with a pleasure garden, named Château des Charmettes. The city centre offers numerous bars, cafes, and restaurants, while a shopping centre is located by the RER station.
