The lighting outside is dim especially in the back. The HVAC in room 301 did not cool adequately. The courtyard in the back was a mess with tables and chairs laying over. The grass in the courtyard was sparse. An open plumbing repair in the courtyard was an open ditch with no flagging. The lobby area and bar was very nice.

Ants in the room and extremely noisy throughout the night. We were on the first floor close to the front desk and there is no way they did not hear the running and screaming through the night. I expected some sort of credit but was offered nothing.

The hotel and our room were fine. The front desk, checking in and out went smoothly. But the bistro was way understaffed, got our breakfast order wrong, and were way too expensive for what we got. We would not recommend eating there, atleast not for breakfast.

Filthy hotel!
Hotel was filthy!!! No one ever cleaned our rooms. Hallways , elevator, front entrance were never swept the entire stay! But 2 people set up front on phones when we came in and out during the day!! Will not stay at a Marriott again for awhile!

Hello Julie - we apologize that during the snow storms and ice storms we were unable to keep up the cleanliness of the public spaces. We were keeping the areas maintained every few hours but unfortunately fell short during your stay. We also apologize that you were unhappy that you were room was not cleaned during your 2 night stay, Marriott is still servicing rooms in Select Service Hotels such as Courtyard Brands every other day for reservations 3 days or more unless requested. Our desk agents are not responsible for room cleaning, and we do apologize they were unable to do so during your stay. We wish we could have addressed and compensated you accordingly during your stay, but does not appear you addressed these concerns during your time with us.

Everything was comfortable. Best night of sleep I had on our 4 day road trip to Denver. Loved it. Would definitely return. Really appreciated our dogs being able to stay with us.

Dog-friendly Hotel
We enjoyed our stay with our four dogs. The Suite was clean and spacious, check in was great too. There were a couple of issues such as the coffee maker not working, a bad lightbulb and a broken sliding door lock. I am sure it will be fixed quickly.

The property was located in a decent area not too far off from the highway. There was plenty of parking available. Check-in was very easy — I checked-in from the road using my app and just had to stop at the front desk to provide a CC for incidentals. Comfortable & friendly Housekeeping missed a spot
We booked this last-minute on a road trip. (It has stared snowing and we needed to find a place quickly.). I was happy with the process, staff, etc. The one negative was that a used washcloth was left in the bathroom, on top of the soap pumps, so that has me concerned that the shower was not cleaned thoroughly.

Better than Expected
The hotel lobby was very nice and the staff helpful. The hotel and room were actually a lot nicer than I had expected. Negatives: There was food left in the refrigerator from a prior guest. The tub faucet did not work, so the only way to take a bath was to run the shower for about 15 minutes to fill the tub. And the sink handle broke off the day before we left. So we had to use the shower to brush teeth, wash hands, etc....Which was very inconvenient. Not enough front lot parking.

It was OK. Their pet friendly, but my dogs found a bug trap that was behind bed that they chewed on. I didn’t realize and thought they were going to get poisoned. No complementary breakfast and their food was I think a little on the expensive side it’s not budget friendly. other than that it was OK. It was clean. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

They didn’t have my two rooms together as promised, the shower door in one room was broke and the iron holder fell off the wall in the other. I didn’t have a blanket the first night. I complained on all of the issues immediately but nothing was fixed.
