"My intent was to book the room with the spa as shown in the Lux photo. But I was told I should have booked the lux + or whatever. Anyway the photos are misleading and because the first staff member didn’t instruct us to contact Expedia for the upgrade, we couldn’t do it on day 2 as he told us. It was a bummer at best. "

"You get what you pay for I guess. Bed pillows were completely flat. Shower towels were like sandpaper. Not bad for a one night stay. Good location for everything. "

"Very nice and clean house located in quiet neighborhood, yet you feel as though you are in a forest area. We sat outside in the front porch area and watched a elk eat in the amazing rock formation next door. Great communication with owner throughout the renting process. The property is very pet friendly, my grand pup loved it."

"The sliding door was terrible. It was rusty and corroded so it was hard to open and close. Carpets in cheaper hotels are always awful. Tile grout in the bathroom was dirty. The bed and fuxtures were good. Only half the lights worked though. I've stayed here before just because the price is lower than most, they dont mind dogs, and the breakfast is pretty good if you dont wait fir the last half hour."
