The staff were warm and friendly and room was nice and clean. It was a little difficult to find as it has a doorway leading up to reception on the first floor. However, it is also right in the middle of town which was great.

Most of the staff members were great housekeeping was iffy. Some days the room was cleaned and tidied some days nothing much was done and the bed was not made. Fairly quiet shops around but they have odd opening and closing times. Great restaurant attached to the hotel open for lunch and dinner you can get room service from there to your room which is great affordable and delicious. Hotel breakfast was good nice coffee tea pastries fruit eggs etc. We felt safe and loved the ability to walk around easily. Would stay again.

The front desk lady is very nice to wait for me to check-in. Also, the bed is comfortable and the furniture is well designed.

"Very clean, lovely pool, spacious room for 2 adults and 2 teenage children. Breakfast ample and delicious! Hosts welcoming and warmly. Nancy was great for a dinner out, approx 25 minutes drive to the centre. Hope to return one day."
