The air conditioning in the room blew out hot air all night and we could not turn on cold air. Mattress also very uncomfortable unfortunately. A terrible nights sleep before an early flight was not what we had hoped for or expected.

We strive to make each stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, I am very sorry that the air conditioning was not functioning as you would have liked, I wonder if you called the reception team ? they have the ability to change the temperature and would have happily done this for you. Brilliant hotel, it’s works so well. So clean, warm and silent! We had the best sleep. Breakfast is great and available from first thing. Cannot recommend enough!

Creaky floors and corridors. Was on floor 5 and there must have been a herd of elephants living upstairs. Barely slept. I guess if you can get on floor 6 it would be ok? Ate in the bar, pizza. Was reasonable.

Exceptional House Keeping! Buffet was not worth it at all...and the front desk manager was avg. Spent 5 nights there and was fine other then the promise of breakfast. Great Gym!

Only steps from the check-in counters at Gatwick’s North Terminal, this was a perfect location to wait out a day and night layover. Breakfast was first-rate. Dining room way too bright and dinner choices were average, microwaveable affairs. Great staff and very clean.

Great hotel, ideally situated
Stayed overnight before our flight. The hotel is situated at the side of baggage drop in the north terminal, so ideal position. Staff were lovely, room was very comfy and quiet. Included breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. Later checkout of 12.00 was useful to us as we were flying at lunchtime. Would def use this hotel again!!

This was THE best kept airport hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The room was huge and the bathroom equally spacious. The room and bathroom were very clean. Not a speck of mold, dust or debris anywhere. The restaurant was great. The bar food was perfect and the breakfast options on the buffet were plentiful. Check in-out were easy and the all the staff really made you feel welcomed. Bravo!

Directions to hotel were not good enough. We arrived at a different terminal and there is another Hilton. we went to wrong hotel after a very long trip. Plus got there a few hours before check in and they charged us for early check in.
