"The Lakehouse was an amazing experience. We and our kids and grandkids came together in an idyllic setting to spend time together and make new memories. Cathy and Jeff have a wonderful property on the lake and they are the best, most gracious hosts. From the details about our stay to help plan and prepare, to the notes and treats when we arrived, we felt welcome and "at home". I have been renting properties through VRBO for over 15 years and they are the best hosts I've experienced. The property does not disappoint and I feel confident in recommending it without reservation.Spacious, well appointed cottage including a wonderful working kitchen where everyone can gather while meals are being prepared for the family. Easy access to a large, fun waterfront with all the amenities to enjoy the water, sand and night time gatherings around the fire. 10!"

"Love Gary’s hospitality and the property and lake are beautiful. Love that’s it’s pet friendly and cozy. Could use a new BBQ and improved cleaning. Otherwise we love love love the stay!"

"Nice little hotel to stay at when in the area. Did not eat in the restaurant so I can't review that. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. Lots of hot water and the shower pressure was excellent."

"Host was always available when contacted. We had a wonderful mini family reunion with plenty of space for large gatherings around the fire pit or a meal together. We rented another cottage nearby from a friend which allowed for all family members beds and privacy. The cottage is great just small things needed addressing. It’s a gorgeous property and a quiet lake. Our family has been coming up to this lake since 1955. It’s like home."
