Very good location if you would like to stay in the historic town, very walkable, there parking facilities next to the hotel. We went in January (winter) however I would say the room we got was a bit too warm, and we were unable to regulate this, it seem the temperatura was centrally controlled. Apart from that is an excellent location. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel; could use a little update
Very nice hotel, super convenient to everything in Toledo - the Alcazar, Cathedral, plaza Zocodover, etc. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The only minor downsides are the bed isn’t super comfortable and the bathroom really needs to be updated. The old fashioned shower is difficult to operate and my daughter ended up flooding the bathroom because she couldn’t figure out how to work/aim the shower head.

The view from the balcony in our room was priceless. Car parking is in next building to the hotel and hotel provided additional discount . Hotel personal is very friendly, organized and helpful.

Have to improve on client service
A/C worked as a heating even though the electricity key was off.....the room was a sauna (the outside weather was 20°C.....the clerk did not change the room until we insist at 1am......we were tired but he did not care

Good first impression but plumbing was really loud
First glance it looked good, nice reception, friendly staff. However, we had two family rooms on the first and secind floors (which are both below ground), and when the room next door to either ran any kind of water, the pupes etc were really loud, and woke everyone up several times during the night.

Toledo - Great Location
While this is an older hotel, it is well-located, maintained and the people are wonderful. We visited Toledo as a family, had a large family room, which we found comfortable, clean and had good working a/c.

The property is in a good location but is definitely showings signs of wear throughout - worn fabric on couches in room, worn carpet and rickety handrails on stairs, etc. The shower in our room (426) in our opinion was unsafe - you step up two small marble steps and then have to step down into a soaker tub - no grab bars or slip mat. I actually fell and bumped my head - bruises, but fortunately no serious injury. The bed was comfortable. The AC was not sufficient to cool the room even at the highest setting and the sun shutters down on the windows all day. In our opinion this is a 2-3 star property.

Our room was spacious with a beautiful view. Hotel decor was unique. Bedroom amenities were fine. We had a nice breeze and were able to sleep with the windows open. Front desk staff was not very welcoming or great at showing hospitality. Wouldn't check us in even 1 minute prior to the 2pm mark. I highly doubt the cleaning crew were in the room until 2pm exactly. They showed no interest or initiative to even check, even though we had been traveling for almost 24 hours at that point. We eventually fell asleep on the couches in their lobby. So, if you're looking for great hospitality and service find somewhere else. But the rooms, location and building was absolutely fine.

I left a bag with clothes. We have sent emails and try to call them with no reply from them what so ever. I am trying to recuperate it but they really don't care. I would not recommend this hotel to family and friends.

It is a great place to stay. Location, service and very comfy. You can hear other talking but is a small inconvenience compared with the good features. Breakfast is pricey but really good
