I wouldn't suggest this place.

Cons: Get rid of the crickets
Location: great location just off I-475 and close to dining and shopping.
This place has a problem with crickets in the rooms. Staff says they have sprayed but the problem continues.

Bugs

Cons: Spray to get rid of the bugs
Room looked at first... then I saw the small cricket hanging on the wall. Each time I went into the bathroom there was another. This morning I found one sitting on the kitchen counter. I reported to the front desk and took them a sample dead bug and asked that the room be sprayed.. I didn't bring the critters and don't want to share my room with them. I'll check the room later and see if the staff has done anything.

Pros: Location
Cons: When people call to verify their room, tell them the TRUTH, instead of waiting until they are there to check in!!
Location: Lots of shopping places.
Would have given higher rating had I been given the type of room I reserved, and paid for 3 weeks prior to check in, and phoned the facility 3 days prior to check in to verify my room type, and that they had my pet listed... Was told it was not a problem. Requested "smoking and had Pet". Was given a non smoking room, and told pets are only allowed on the 1st floor (all non smoking), and pets were not allowed in the elevator. While there, I spoke to other guests (smoking guests) and observed guests coming off elevator with pets, who were staying on the 3rd floor?? So, I guess they change the rules to fit their needs, but at the time, my needs were not a priority.... I will never stay here again, and will never book through Expedia again, but the Hotel itself was acceptable, as long as you ask for your Kitchenware when you check in, and are not expecting a hot breakfast, and are fine with fruit and muffins. If you stay here, you must visit the new Kroger store on SR 2... It is amazing!! They have a fantastic Produce and Deli dept.... You won't need the Hotel's fruit and muffins if you visit the store...

Door broken.

Pros: not much. nothing specific. it kept me from sleeping on the street?
Cons: I had difficulty regulating the temperature in the room. I think that could be easily adjusted.
Location: lots of restaurants and shopping.
I was very disappointed. The door to my room was broken and the girl at the desk was unable to fix it. I had to haul my stuff back and forth to the lobby several times as she took a look at it. And then ended up sitting in the lobby waiting for the manager to come in to fix the door. (It was just a battery change.) the girl at the desk said she was sorry that they couldn't switch my room, but they were fully booked, but I overheard the manager as her why she didn't give me another room and she stated, "well, all we have left is king-size and she paid for a queen." Absolutely no concern for putting me out. Delayed my entrance into the room by at least a half hour. it was very rude.

Not convenient

Dishes and silverware only by request. Stayed 2 nights so no cleaning done or clean towels and linens. If I wanted to bring them down to front desk they would exchange. my room had wet carpet from leaking air conditioner with foul smell. We aske d for different room and they did take care of it. clientel was mostlt road workers and construction people.

The hotel was decent.

Pros: Rate was fantastic, people were nice.
Cons: The bed was not comfortable.
Location: the location was great, right off the turnpike on our way to Sandusky for Cedar Point.
We checked in late (10 pm) after driving 4 hours from Chicago. We had to wait about 5-10 minutes before someone greeted us, even thought we could see his reflection in the window and were saying hello. Everyone else we were exposed to, were great. The room was decent, the bed was not very comfortable. We did have a dog barking from down the hall.

Ideal location

This was a motel, nothing glitzy or posh. It wasn't "of the finest". But, the rooms were clean, not worn out, & you had everything you could possibly want, inc. a large refrigerator, microwave, & 2 burner stove. The staff was great & very pleasant & helpful. The location was amazing in that every franchise & store in creation was in close proximity. The access to all of Toledo was also amazing. Definetly recommended!
