Very poor accommodation, won't go there again.

I stayed there four nights. When I checked in, the front desk guy mumbled something about daily housekeeping, and I did not pay any attention. It turned out that if you stay for more than one night, there is no housekeeping until you leave. Want housekeeping, you pay for it. To get new towels, you have to exchange them with the front desk. Breakfast is cupcakes and some dried apples. Yes, there is coffee. The bath tub won't drain, and shower is in ankle deep water. By the next time, it is filthy.

We provide housekeeping services to guests staying eight or more nights; however, these services are always available upon request for an additional fee. In response to your feedback, I will coach our front desk staff to make sure we are clearly communicating our amenities during guest arrivals. I will also have our maintenance engineer inspect our tubs to ensure they are draining properly. The staff and I appreciate your comments, as it will only help us to improve. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to provide you with a better stay the next time you're in the area.
