Got the job done

Pros: The location was perfect for a quick overnight stay.
Cons: Renovations are a necessary evil, I had no problems at this hotel.
Location: I didn't do anything, it was a place to rest after a long day of driving.
Easy access to 23 and despite the renovations the front desk person was really nice. Great shower, lots of pressure, room was clean and it was everything I expected to be.

The internet wasn't very good and the bed was uncomfortable but other than that not bad.

Stay was ok. Called ahead of time to see if they did military discount, clerk on phone said yes. When I got there they said they couldn't give me the discount because I had reserved the room online!!!

Very poor accommodation, won't go there again.

I stayed there four nights. When I checked in, the front desk guy mumbled something about daily housekeeping, and I did not pay any attention. It turned out that if you stay for more than one night, there is no housekeeping until you leave. Want housekeeping, you pay for it. To get new towels, you have to exchange them with the front desk. Breakfast is cupcakes and some dried apples. Yes, there is coffee. The bath tub won't drain, and shower is in ankle deep water. By the next time, it is filthy.

We provide housekeeping services to guests staying eight or more nights; however, these services are always available upon request for an additional fee. In response to your feedback, I will coach our front desk staff to make sure we are clearly communicating our amenities during guest arrivals. I will also have our maintenance engineer inspect our tubs to ensure they are draining properly. The staff and I appreciate your comments, as it will only help us to improve. Bad check in service

I ordered a smoking room and was given a non smoking room. When I questioned my room order, they were unable to accommodate me and was rude offering me a refund.

The confortness of the room and size is okay, theres a kitchen,sink, fridge which is nice. The room is not very clean though and bathroom you can tell that its a quick picking up and not sanitized. I am upset with the breakfast here because all they have is a an oatmeal, coffee, some indivisually wrap muffin and fruit that looks so old. At the end I end up paying $108 with that price I could have stayed somewhere nicer with a nice hot breakfast.

Hotel was in a good location but smell like smoke everywhere. Only small breakfast items.
