Called 3 times during the early afternoon to ask a question about check-in and nobody answered. Then it took 20 minutes to check in once i arrived at the hotel.

Wasn't the easiest to find, but the service was pretty good and the rooms were better than what I'm used to when I stay at a hotel, refrigerator, stove, sink, desk.

Hotel is old. No coffee maker in room. Drain in tub was slow, by end of shower standing in ankle deep water. Toilet continued to run unless it was jiggled. Would not stay there again, but location was where we needed.

All the facility ans staff were good. Except the bathroom roof had huge water bubble which can flood the bathroom. Also kitchen floor when you walk water comes out from the cracks.Need upgrade the rooms.

Disgusting Bio Hazard
The dirtiest, most disgusting hotel experience of my life. The room they initially gave me wasn't vacuumed, didn't have running water in the bathroom, fresh looking blood stains on the carpet, remote was found wedged in a chair with a used bandaid on it. The worst hotel I've ever experienced. Truly disgusting.

The room was acceptable for one night. However, the carpet in our room was extremely dirty. Which caused an odor in the room to myself and the other. Also overall the rooms need updates in every aspect. It was good for what we did which was sleep and check out. If I would have had to stay longer. I wouldn’t have wanted to.

Stayed for one night. Room was quiet and clean with a few small exceptions. Odd layout for two double beds when a king was the original request but accomodated a request for two rooms together. Felt safe though parking lot could have been better located/tended to.

This property needs a lot of TLC. Calling the room a "suite" is pretty generous. The appliances are very old and the two stove burners were caked with...who knows what? The breakfast was truly dreadful and consisted of a wrapped mini muffin and a Nature Valley granola bar...seriously--that was it!

It was nice for the most part. I didn't like i had to go get the dishes from the front desk and whoever was above my room let there kids run wild all night that I had to call the front desk and ask them to call their room. They broke my sleep for 2 1/2 hours.

This place was absolutely terrible, so bad that I had to first change rooms, and then actually just checked out early and found a different hotel to stay in. I arrived very late the first night - and it was too late to switch the first night when I realized the lock on the door/the door itself was broken and cracked. Being a solo female traveler and the room on the first floor with no working lock I felt incredibly unsafe and wedged the ironing board and a chair against the door. There were chunks of drywall missing around the electrical outlet near the AC unit and around the smoke detector which seemed also very unsafe. The towels were dirty. The next night I asked to be switched rooms to a cleaner, safer room. At first they indicated this wouldn't be possible, and then changed. I was in town to visit my elderly, ill grandparents - a tough family visit. All I wanted was a clean, safe place to crash and a warm shower. Did that happen? No. Night two, the fire alarms went off in the whole building; the fire department took over 15 minutes to arrive, set them off again. It was almost an hour later, around 12:30 AM that we could go back inside. Next morning, no hot water for a shower. Barely slept, felt gross. When I asked about checking out early, they gave me a very difficult time. Had to go through Expedia, and even though they finally agreed to let me check out early and refund the two nights I wouldn't be there, I have yet to see a refund on my credit card. Avoid this place
