La experiencia no fue buena debido a que me asignaron una habitación en un piso donde estaban remodelando varias habitaciones, en la noche había un olor muy fuerte de algún químico, pintura o pegamento que era imposible estar en la habitación, me cambiaron de habitación pero considero que es muy peligroso este tipo de situaciones donde ponen en riesgo la salud de uno

Extraordinary service by professional staff who were both helpful and a pleasure to get to know. Beautiful hotel, nice location and wonderful buffet breakfast.

We had an amazing stay! The services were excellent, the breakfast was super delicious, and it truly felt like a home away from home.

There were about six pillows on the bed and all of them were too soft. The bed covering was way too heavy. They only give two small bottles of water in the room. Locational is excellent walking distance from the airport across a breezeway.

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Ritz for 7 nights. We really had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The 2 double bedroom was pretty big overlooking the main street on the 6th floor and was quiet. The location was great as it is so close to all the activities, restaurants and bars. Jose the front desk person was very professional, courteous and very helpful. This will be our home away from home the next time we're in CDMX. Highly recommended!!!
