Just a bit nite for light sleepers, it is near to train station and rail, you will hear the sound of train running. No place to open our luggage comfortably. We found several hairs in the bathroom, which was disgusting. The hotel staff didn’t react properly (with an apology, cleaning the room). Maybe because they didn’t speak much English. Otherwise we liked the area, perfect for exploring Ginza and south Tokyo. The hotel is a little older and certain elements need updating, but for the price, and for the location and convenience to my work meetings/friend meetings this trip, it was what I needed and what I had expected. The taxi load in space was really convenient, it is on a quiet street, convenience store close by. Close to the train stations. Keypad entrance was very modern and it made me feel very safe going in and out! While the room was very small (it is accurately listed online in terms of sq footage), it had a place to heat up meals, basic utensils if you wanted to cook more, water heater, a desk area to work.
