The hotel is in a fun area with LOT'S of dining options. Very short walk to the subway station. A 7 Eleven right next door. I was most impressed with the EXCELLENT staff at the front desk. They made the stay special. I also enjoyed the breakfast which was a bit unusual by American standards but was delicious and healthy. My main negative comment, and it is a big one, is the tiny size of the rooms. I've travelled a lot and don't remember experiencing such a small room and bathroom (even by Japan standards). If you can put up with the tiny room, you will absolutely love this hotel.

Not super fancy, but the ROI was fantastic. Akasaka is a great place to stay in Tokyo: easy subway access to the the city at large great dining, bars, etc options around you in easy walking distance. There's a 7/11 next door with everything you'd ever need 24/7; and the hotel has an artificial onsen, bar, and breakfast. The staff speak English well and are always helpful. I'll stay here again the next year in Tokyo!

Clean and spacious room. Walking distance to subway stations and The Capitol of Tokyu. Public bath is clean and useful. I took the orange airport limousine both ways. Easy accessible.

The hotel was very clean and staff were polite and nice. They provide fresh towels daily in an eco bag by hanging it on your door if you don't require room cleaning. Pyjamas are also provided. I particularly enjoyed the public bath, especially since the bathroom was a bit tight but that is to be expected in Tokyo. There's also a common area where you can eat and they have unlimited juices/soda/water on tap. Another great amenity is the laundry room - there are 3 machines, and each wash is only 100 yen. Detergent and fabric softener is provided for free, and the dryers are also free to use. This was a lifesaver for us as we packed light and needed to do laundry. Location was excellent as there is access to numerous subways lines on the Tokyo Metro line within a 5-10 min walk, and it is less than 30 mins away from popular tourist spots. This is useful if you plan to use the unlimited subway ticket for Tokyo Metro. They also let us drop off our luggage when we were early for check in, and they also let us park our luggage once we checked out because we had an evening flight. We were able to do some sightseeing without lugging our bags around. Overall I would recommend this hotel for tourists to Tokyo, especially for first time visitors to Japan. Great location, great service, and clean rooms.

Conveniently located around 3 metro stations. Lots of dining options and convenience stalls. We checked in early, left our bags at the reception and was pleasantly surprised to find them already brought up to the room when we returned. Would have been perfect if they have separate hot baths for both men and women rather than having to rotate.

Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay for our five nights in Tokyo. The room was tiny, but everything else was great. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome and the hotel was close to tons of metro stops. The staff was friendly and helpful. The mineral bath was nice but crowded when I went. We loved our time here!

I was impressed very much for the courtesy and professionalism of the front people.　　The location is great, in the middle of the Akasaka area, convenient for shipping, foods, and accessible to 2 Tokyo Metro stations. One thing I was concerned was the cleanness of the room. There were dusts deposited and accumulated so thick on the bathroom door and pipes below the sink.

I liked the location. I did not like the condition of the room. It was not well maintained. What you see on the website is not what you get. They say that they will clean the room when you place the magnet but they did not. Even on the fourth day, which they said they have to due to policy and requirements. Even the area around the front desk was messy and I could see towels all over. They have a very early checkout time unlike most hotels in Japan. Their room lock system does not assure me of my security. Neither do their elevators. Would not recommend.

Very highly recommend
This was my very first hotel stay in Japan and it did not disappoint. Breakfast was very good every morning with a tasty soup and pastries. The staff were very friendly and helped with everything I asked. The bath is very refreshing after a day of walking around the city. Close enough to two stations to walk with baggage and plenty around to see and eat. Highly recommend. If I’m in the area again I will stay here.

Overall, this hotel was a great deal for what I received. They give you a complimentary skin care package during check in and the products were very nice. Plus you can pick your own kind of pillow to use! I really liked the location too. There is a 7-11 right next to the hotel, which was super convenient and I was in walking distance to the subway and to multiple food places.

Quiet. Comfortable bed. Blackout curtain with no view outside the window. Location is ok, 4 min walk to JR. The hot bath is smaller than expected. No facility to use inside the hot bath area. Room is small. Toilet is small. Overall it's ok. Their toothbrush is very hard so better bring yours

Nice stay at Super Hotel Premier Akasaka
We (family of 4 adults) stayed in two rooms for 4 nights here and it was a very pleasant stay. The location is great as it’s about 6 minutes from the metro station, near lots of restaurants and services and very safe. I was originally going to stay in the popular Shinjuku area but am glad I chose this location instead as it’s quieter and more central and feels safer. The service was great and on top of the usual free toiletries and sleepwear and the free onsen, they also offer free speciality coffee/teas and juice/sofas almost all day. And they also have free happy hours (5-8pm?) where they leave out all kinds of alcoholic drinks for you to help yourself to plus a nice outdoor patio to drink it on! Only complaint is that the room was a bit dusty (obviously visible)when we first got there and it is a small/tightly spaced room but we are in central Tokyo so expected this. Otherwise I would totally recommend this place.

Great hotel, amenities, service, & location! Everything about this hotel is great, the only downside is the rooms are pretty small, but this is not surprising for Tokyo. Staff are very professional and kind. They have a public onsen (bathhouse) available for free which we sadly didn’t utilize. They provide pillows of different firmness/material that you can use for free. Robes, slippers, and other free amenities. The rooms are very clean too. Location is wonderful. About a 5-7 min walk to one train station, 10 min to the other. So this gives you nice access to traveling to diff areas of Tokyo, easily. There’s a 7/11 literally right next door which is super convenient. Many restaurants in this area too so lots of food option. I would stay here again as long as I don’t have a ton of luggage due to the size of the rooms. Everything is great otherwise !

The hotel is new, nice and reasonable price. The staff are friendly & helpful. Just the rooms are a little small but it is not a problem for me. They have their own spa products for you to use in the rooms which is really good quality and smell really good.😊
