Great suite, superb view of the Fuji Volcano, the harbour and the city, fantastic restaurants (the Japanese was my best sushi ever, and the one star Michelin French restaurant is worth 3 stars in my opinion!), great location, easy access to subway, restaurants, shops, etc. Just love the experience

Good location near high end shopping, two metro stations, kabuki theater, quick market and pachinko parlour. Not very many rooms with two beds and only had 2 premium rooms with two beds. Breakfast buffet is very good and so is dinner buffet. Small, ill equipped fitness room. No ventilation in bathroom. Provides shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath gel, comb, moisturizer, razor and toothbrush in room as well as refrigerator, safe, iron and board, slippers, robe and even shoe horn. Friendly English speaking staff. Will exchange currency to yen. Hotel room key only allows access to your floor. Overall enjoyable experience.

Staff at front desk provide 24 hour free coffee tea fruit soft drinks which can be enjoyed in the elegant library bar area.
