พนักงานมีคนเดียว อาจติดต่อยากหน่อย แต่จนท.ก็พยายามดูให้ การเข้าพักในพื้นที่แคปซูลต้องการความเงิียบ ไม่เหมาะกับพวกชอบคุย พูดเสียงดัง ตะโกน กลุ่มสนุกสนานเฮฮา เด็ก หรือพวกปาร์ตี้ ห้องพักมีชั้นเดียว เปิดประตูเจอห้องรับแขก แล้วตรงเข้าไปเปิดประตูก็เจอแคปซูลนอนเลย ห้องแคปซูลมี12ห้อง(เป็นแบบรวมชายหญิง)ห้องอาบน้ำมี1ห้อง(ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องต่อคิว)ห้องสุขาแยกชายหญิงอย่างละ2ห้อง แอร์ ถ้าปิดอยู่เราสามารถเปิดเองได้ แต่ถ้าไม่ใช้ก็ปิดให้ด่้วยนะครับ ส่วนที่อุดหู กับกาแฟ ถ้าต้องการใช้ก็หยอดเงินใส่ในกล่องหน้าเค้าเตอร์ให้ด้วยเน่อ

\-พนักงานมีคนเดียว บางครั้งการติดต่อหรือต้องการคำแนะนำอาจต้องใช้เวลาซักหน่อย, พนักงานเป็นมิตร แต่ด้วยวัฒนธรรมญี่ปุ่นเรื่องความมีวินัยและซื้อตรง จึงอาจทำอะไรตรงๆเช่นไม่สามารถเช็คอินแทนให้ได้แม้ว่าเราจะจ่ายเงินแล้วหรือรู้จักเราก็ตาม หรือการสลับเตียงแคปซูลในเพื่อน ซึ่งไม่ใช่ปัญหา เพราะเราเองนั้นสามารถยืดหยุ่นได้ -ตัวที่พักนั้นต้องการความเงียบ และไม่ควรมีการพูดคุยในบริเวณห้องนอน ดังนั้นจึงไม่เหมาะกับคนพูดเก่งหรือการเข้าพักแบบเป็นกลุ่มเพื่อนฝูงเด็กกลุ่มเฮฮา หรือคนขยันเปิดกระเป๋าจัดของ -ที่พักมีชั้นเดียว ด้านหน้าเป็นห้องรับแขก ซ้ายมือเป็นห้องครัว จากห้องรับแขกเดินเข้าไปเปิดประตูก็เป็นแคปซูลที่พักแล้ว ห้องแคปซูลมี12ห้อง(ซึ่งเป็นแบบห้องแคปซูลรวม) ห้องอาบน้ำมีห้องเดียว(ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องต่อคิวอาบน้ำ)ห้องสุขามีแยกชายหญิง อย่างละ2ห้อง
