Definitely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast is alright, given that it’s free. The rooms are quite small, but for the price, the service, and the location, it’s perfect. The staff is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. The cleanliness is outstanding, truly Japanese standards, everything is spotless. The breakfast area is always pristine. The laundry area includes a dryer that could be a bit more modern. 10 of 10.

Very pleasant stay. Clean and quiet. Decent breakfast, enough to start the day. Pillows are a bit hard for us. Staff helpful

This was a very clean and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was simple but veru pleasing. Staff was very professional and helpful, spoke english. Though the rooms are compact, they are filled with all necessary amenities. Bathroom accessories and even phone chargers.

Staff was lovely and efficient. Breakfast not very good. Yogurt OK but pastries not good quality and some weird corn soup every day. They should get a better coffee machine too.

The room is small and so is the bed, so try to book a bigger room, two people wouldn't comfortably fit in a twin bed. The location is near the train station. Breakfast is mainly bread yogurt, soup, and coffee. Overall this is a decent stay. Added bonus, the staff are friendly.

Everything was good. Definitely will stay again!
This place provided breakfast between 6:30 and 9:30 and it was good! Location is also good, you can walk to one of kayabacho/ningyocho/suitengumae stations. Room was good as well, quite, daily cleaning (you can skip), nice bed, lots of amenity. Price was reasonable for me. Definitely will stay again!

Great location near train station. Very good breakfast. Great place to stay. I would only reccommend paying more attention to the bathroom maintenance because even though it looked clean, it was a bit smelly.

Rooms are small as they often are in Japan but this one was made worse by the oversized armchair. Staff were perfect in every way. Area is a little quiet especially at weekends but the metro is close
