"A good apartment in a local neighbourhood"
This is a good two-bedroom apartment with a separate living area. It had all the necessary facilities including a washer/dryer and kitchenette. The apartment was clean and tidy, as well as fairly close to the Aoyama-Itchome subway station. There are also some local restaurants and a convenience store very close. Overall this was a good apartment and location for a family vacation.

"Great But Small"
I'm at Radisson now. Daichi Hotel had a more comfortable bed and better bathroom amenities but was smaller. I got used to it. My only complaint is the front desk told me it would be only 100 yen /min for an overseas phone call. When I got the bill it was more like 400 yen a minute. Staff was great. No bugs. Restaurant a little expensive - only ate there once for Afternoon Tea.

"Great Views of Tokyo"
The Mandarine Oriental is a fantastic hotel. Period. You can not go wrong staying here. Where they truly excel is their rooms and personal touches they add to the rooms. Our room was large with a beautiful bathroom. The windows overlooking Tokyo run from ceiling to floor for a simply exquisite view. Two special treats were left in our room upon our arrival which was luxurious, but what really made it special is that they came into our room while we were gone and updated the treats with a third for our son. The new treat was child specific and made him feel so special. A very nice touch. The next night, we found 3 slices of cake for us to enjoy with our night cap. This is all on top of turn down service with candies left on our bedside. These special touches are what make the Mandarine Oriental special.

"A very nice hotel in a quiet location"
A lovely hotel located in near the Japanese Diet which is near popular areas and yet, not too crowded (especially on the weekends). A hotel that seems to be more for business types than families, but still, a very beautiful and classy hotel.

"Close to train station, very well kept"
Anyone travelling to Tokyo should be prepared for small rooms. That being said, Tokyo Green Palace has very nice rooms and a friendly staff, most of whom speak English very well.

"Exceptional staff experience"
The room is like a basic apartment which really helped when we wanted to cook a basic meal ourselves, with thanks to a 7-11 just 300 yards away, especially when we got snowed in. All the staff were extremely friendly, full of advice and recommendations on what to do and even made an extra effort for my wife's birthday. Will stay again.

"Good location, friendly staff"
Comfortable hotel with accommodating staff.the rooms are comfortable and I always got the extra pillow I asked for. We could check out a hot pot so that we could enjoy tea in our rom in the mornings. I never got the breakfast as I prefer to eat out so I can't rate that. My only complaint is that if staying more than one day and you choose the eco plan, the bathroom was not always as thoroughly cleaned as I would have liked. Otherwise a good convenient hotel.

"Great Location "
Close to just about everything. If you know somebody who lives near-by, he/she may know many great places to eat. I mention this because there are way too many to choose from. Just about 2 minutes walk to the train station, which over-laps many different types of trains. Very convenient if you know your way around by trains. A great place to use as a home base, but is just as great to stay local as well.

Small hotel room. Expected for Japanese accommodations. Hotel provided free transport to Tokyo station (15 min walk), free shampoo/conditioner/soap, toothbrushes, razor, q-tips. Negative points: bed squeaks, could hear people in the room above, triggered my allergies.
