"Convinient and Comfortable"
A little pricy for my regular taste, but since I had my dog and this hotel allows dogs, I chose it. You can check in whenever and it's about a 10-15 minute walk from nearby stations. The room itself was great.

"Hotel close to great area of Kichijoji"
Great location in the heart of Kichijoji. Had trouble with accessing WiFi (due to using Mac?). Trouble accessing the AC...used a different fan system that moved the air but didn't cool. Directions in English would help.

"Everyone should experience this hotel at least 1x"
I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. It is by far the finest hotel experience I've ever had (and I've stayed in other luxury hotels elsewhere in the world). My praise extends to the room, which is packed with amenities both big and small that make you feel like a king/queen. As an example, the curtains that go up/down at a touch of a button (located at your bedside) that open onto your stunning view of Tokyo (awesome day and especially night). My praise also extends to the staff who are so attentive and friendly. Regardless of their designated title, they helped respond to my requests quickly and eagerly. They welcomed me when I came back to the hotel and wished me a good day as I departed. The staff truly cared about me and what I wanted. The Cantonese restaurant had tasty food (even the tea menu was amazing), and the staff were just as attentive and caring. This was truly an amazing experience. That's why I titled the review as everyone should experience this hotel at least once. Chances are, though, that you'll want to experience it many times after that.

"Close to train station, very well kept"
Anyone travelling to Tokyo should be prepared for small rooms. That being said, Tokyo Green Palace has very nice rooms and a friendly staff, most of whom speak English very well.

"A very relaxing and nice hotel & great staff. "
We found the hotel to quite, ideally located within walking distance of shops, stores, restaurants, and other attractions. Very good public transportation is nearby. We were lucky to stay in the original building which will be closing at the end of the season for re-construction. It has classical style and grace, with beautiful architectural features. There are many shops and restaurants in the hotel, with good prices. But what makes this a Excellent hotel is the staff, this is service the way it was meant to be.

"Comfortable stay in Tokyo"
We stayed two nights in this hotel and totally enjoyed it. We liked it being close to the train station; we also loved the breakfast buffet. The room is not too small, and thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. The little desert\coffee shop next door adds charm to this nice hotel :-)
