Convenient, top-rate, in Haneda airport. If you're not familiar with Japan, you'll have to get used to a smaller room size, but it was very comfortable and well appointed.

"Great, convenient location "
I've stayed in this hotel twice, each for one week stays, and I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the room was always cleaned before noon, the metro is less than a minute's walk across the street, and the location is located right next to excellent shopping, all types of restaurants (there's a delicious ramen bar and a hotpot place a few stores down), coffee shops across the street and right next door, and convenience stores (family mart, 7-11, etc.) The 7-11 is also great because they have an atm inside that makes it easy to take out yen directly. There isn't a shuttle to reach the hotel from the airport, but it's pretty easy to take the bullet train to Tokyo station, then the metro to Akasaka Station. I've heard complaints that the rooms are small and cramped, but honestly space is a premium in Japan so it wasn't a huge deal for me as I was only in the room for sleeping. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient location while staying in Tokyo!

"Nice hotel and closed downtown. "
It was very clean and nice. I would stay for the next time, if I will visit Tokyo. However, the gym is pretty small.

"Very considerate and helpful staffs."
Staffs are polite yet friendly, and very helpful. When I made a mistake about the airport limousine bus departure time, and missed the bus, they re-arranged a another bus pick up just for me on the next bus which was not scheduled to stop at the hotel. And the bus they arranged for me was only 10 min wait. They were super helpful.

"Quiet and affordable with a great location"
Our four night stay was great! With the subway only a few minutes walk from the hotel, we were really pleased with how quiet it was considering the quick access we had to mass transit. We took the subway every day and used it connect with the JR lines. There are a few convenience stores, a grocery store, and (if you can't live without it) a McDonald's just steps from the front of the hotel. Starbucks is close too, but we took a break from it while we were traveling. For the mornings we didn't feel like seeking out breakfast, we purchased hotel's buffet style meal - you can purchase it at the front desk just before eating, you do not need to purchase ahead of time. The washer/dryer combo is a perfect amenity for any stay longer than one week - the hotel even provided one free soap package. We threw a load of laundry into the machine in the morning and when we returned our clothes were washed and dried. I made an educated guess as to which button was ON/OFF and which was START as all of the buttons were in Japanese - I just used the defaults, but if your clothes need special settings (i.e. cold water, low heat), you might be in trouble.
