Highly recommend staying at this property. It has everything I needed, excellent service, and adequate spacious rooms for good value. I was pleasantly surprised by the surrounding neighborhood, because it had popular stores that people would go out of their way for such as Uniqlo, GU, 24hr Don Quijote, and a massive mall at the Tokyo Skytree. B:Conte is also a short walking distance from 2 popular train stations. The service here was impeccable and workers can communicate in English.

Quite spacious hotel very well located at Asakusa. It’s 5-7 minutes walk from the metro station and at the center of multiple bars and restaurants. Makes it very easy to explore the area and despite its location the rooms were very quiet.

So many dining options and convenience stores all around. Hotel amenities were perfect for times we wanted to eat in. Staff were very accommodating and attentive. We will definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent location. Staff are friendly. Room is big with a comfortable bed. Love that there is a kitchenette and washer/dryer. Only con is that there is a bit of noise outside our window at night since it’s facing the street with izakaya.

Great location for Akihabra and markets in front of Senso-Ji temple. can do lots of shopping there and grab some tasty food. A bit more distance to areas like Shibuya and Ginza but still not bad travel. Hotel room was incredibly spacious. Would recommend and stay again

Pros - located in a tourist friendly area with lots of shopping options. I also liked and booked the olace since the suite comes with a kitchen area (its tiny but still it was nice to have a stove that I didnt use!) Offers umbrellas to hotel guests on rainy days. Cons - it was the least clean place I stayed in, ever. There was mold in the shower, lots of it. The showerbead wasnt clean either. They dont replenish laundry detergent, atleast they didnt for us. Mixed feelings : When we reached the person at desk didnt let me check in even though we were just an hour early and didnt even ask for room key and were just dropping off baggage. She had no interest in checking us in, she said her colleague can check us in later. BTW - that colleague was kind and friendly and checked us in with a smile unlike the first person we spoke to - that one was simply irritated that our arrival meant she had to pause her chat with her coworker.

We stayed here earlier in the week and had very nice rooms (504/604) but when we returned we were placed in 402/502 which weren’t as nice. The window was frosted so you couldn’t see out, not that it mattered because the window opened to an alley which smelled of greasy food. The room was pretty dark as a consequence. The bathroom was very small with an undersized sink which faced sideways and a tiny counter area. The carpet was threadbare in places and torn in one spot. Was disappointed. Otherwise, the hotel is nice but I wouldn’t stay in those rooms again. Nice location, clean, and friendly staff. The bar next door serves breakfast starting at 7am and has decent coffee. The rooms have a washer/dryer combo and detergent is provided. Close to public transport, shopping, and a myriad dining options.

The property is right in the attraction sidewalk of Asakusa, it is convenient for shopping and dining, but it’s loud and night. The room we stayed needs some painting, the ceiling has yellow stains. The cleanliness is excellent.

Impeccably clean with polite, friendly staff. Rooms were well maintained and the area was vibrant, but not noisy. Many dining options nearby and very close to the Senso-ji shrine. Also near a shopping district. Easy access to public transportation. Rooms included a small kitchenette and washer/dryer combo. Breakfast options are limited (if included) at the cafe next door, but the food was good. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

大人１人と中高生２人の３人で利用しました。 浅草の中心部ですが、室内はとても静かでした。 駅、商店街、ドンキホーテも近く、西友が入った建物も歩いて5分ほどと、とても便利でした。 お部屋は、エキストラベッドがリビングルームに設置されていたので少し狭く感じましたが、大きなスーツケース2、3個あっても、寝室にクローゼットがあるので、荷物は邪魔にならず収納できました。 ２人用のテーブルセットと2、３人がけのベンチがありましたが、エキストラベッドがあるとベンチは使えません。ソファーベッドタイプの方がスペースを有効に使えるかと思いました。 浴室とトイレが別であること、洗濯乾燥機が部屋に設置されていること、キッチンも必要最低限のものはきちんとそろっていたので、とても良かったです。 重箱の隅をつつくようですが、お風呂場の排水口のふたの裏もお掃除されておいた方がなお良いかと思います。 スタッフの皆さんもとてもご親切でした。 次回もまたぜひ利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。

Very convenient to have a kitchenette and insuite laundry, quite spacious for a hotel in Tokyo, beautiful view of the Tokyo tower and top of Senso-ji temple from the 5th floor. We didn't notice too much noise from the streetside diners and they closed up shop by about 11pm. Transit is a bit farther from central Tokyo, about 20-30 min by train. It's between two transit lines and the closer one is not included on transit passes but the farther one is accessible by a covered walkway. Stairs down to the train platforms are tricky to get around, need to go to specific stations that have escalators or elevators. The hotel room is worn and showing a bit of age but completely functional and clean as far as we can tell. We would stay here again for the insuite conveniences, proximity to nearby attractions and food, and the space to fully open both our luggages.

If I make it back to Tokyo, I would want to stay here again. There is a washer/drier combo, so we didn’t have to pack a lot of clothes. There is also a microwave/oven that can bake or microwave. If we wanted a late-night snack, there are food stalls right outside the front of the hotel. There is a 24 hour Don Quixote at the end of the block, which has anything you could need. There are 2 subway stations within a 10 minute walk. I was a little worried that we would be far from the tourist sights of Tokyo if we stayed in Asakusa, but it was worth it. I’ve stayed in the middle of Tokyo before, but I prefer the amenities and convenient shops with this hotel. The trips to Shibuya and Harajuku were a little longer starting from Asakusa, but we were a mile from Skytree and the Sumida river, which was great for morning runs.

Residential Hotel B:CONTE Asakusa is a little oasis in the midst of the marvelous busy insanity of Asakusa. We had a room with a small kitchen and it was really great to be able to have breakfast before heading out. I would describe the streets outside as "exuberant" and lively, but it was very quiet inside. The staff was great, and we had everything we needed. It's very fun to be in that neighborhood but also great to have an oasis. It's very close to multiple modes of transportation which is nice, and felt very safe at all hours.

Excellent hotel for longer term stays, with a very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed for just over a month and the staff was always very accommodating, especially if I went outside of Tokyo. The area around the hotel is very touristy, so there are a lot of food shops, souvenir places and of course the massive temple. However, there are also a lot of hidden spots too, such as the local onsen at the top of the shopping mall or some high quality local food places, though both are probably best to go to if you speak at least some Japanese. Last, the hotel offers a prime location to travel around the city easily, either by the Ginza Line, the Tsukuba Express, or even just walking to Ueno station. Overall, it's a great place to stay in a good location, which provides a lot of flexibility for travel

Very spacious room, with a good desk where I could write and read. There was the added bonus of a view on the Senso-ji pagoda and the Tokyo Skytree tower. Had I to spend a long period in Tokyo at an affordable price, this would be the place. Also the staff is very courteous and helpful. Great place!

This was my 4th stay at this hotel. Never found anything wrong in the rooms.It has the best location in Asakusa. 2min walk to Sensoji.Wi-fi is super fast.Staff is amazing.They are all very polite and try to help you with anything you ask for. New employee Noriko was the best.She always had a smile and was professional while being very friendly. I had my luggage delivered from airport and she made sure to follow all the necessary steps before allowing me take it. I really appreciated that.Hotel locks the entrance door at night and it makes me feel secure as a solo traveler. I will not stay anywhere else in Tokyo.

Had such a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Lots of stores and dining just outside too! And very close to nakamise street, sensoji temple, and kaminarimon. You’re also right on Hoppy Street so lots of bar options if you want a night out.

Great location, excellent hotel!
My partner and I stayed here along with our 2 friends in April 2023. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel before check-in. They spoke good English and were very willing to assist with anything. The hotel is unmanned during certain hours so if you need anything it's best to ask during the day. Certain amenities are on an ask basis, but everything that you might need is provided. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers for a variety of reasons: 1. Great location in Asakusa 2. Building is modern and spacious 3. Laundry and kitchen is available 4. Bedroom is very spacious The room we stayed in didn't have a bathtub, but the space definitely made up for it. Asakusa is pretty lively so if you're expecting to sleep in past 10am, you may hear some noise on the streets. Thank you BConte for a wonderful stay and most definitely will bookmark this for our next Japan visit.
