"Fantastic little apartment close to transport."
This is a fantastic little place to stay. I was travelling on business combined with sightseeing. Its great for people who don't spend much time in the hotel when they are abroad. The flat itself is tiny but has everything you need and more. Ironing board, iron, washing machine, stove, microwave, grill, etc - there isn't anything missing. Important to note that it offers wifi. Its very secure and very close to Gotanda station. If you know anything about Tokyo trains, you'll know that the Yamanote line (which this station is on) does a big loop of Tokyo and is the main circle line for Tokyo. There are plenty of local stores and eateries. I'm not usually so gushing with praise but this is really good value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I came back to Tokyo.

"A good apartment in a local neighbourhood"
This is a good two-bedroom apartment with a separate living area. It had all the necessary facilities including a washer/dryer and kitchenette. The apartment was clean and tidy, as well as fairly close to the Aoyama-Itchome subway station. There are also some local restaurants and a convenience store very close. Overall this was a good apartment and location for a family vacation.

"Good, clean hotel"
The hotel is near two stations which I thought was very convenient. There is a 24 hr convenient store inside the hotel so if you needed to grab food late at night or needed an item quickly, you could always go down to the store. There is also a 7 eleven across the hotel if you needed food or an atm. The hotel was very clean and modern and the rooms were a bit on the small side but I was by myself so it was perfect. You had a gym you can access as well. Overall experience was excellent.

Nice hotel, conveniently located. Was upgraded to suite. As with all Japanese hotels it seems, rooms were small but well laid out.

"Supermarket across the street"
Reception staff excellent. Spoke fluent English. Accommodated our request to move to higher floor with window to view the street. Lot's of basic supplies available at front desk such as comb coffee tea etc. Room was cleaned very well every day for our 6 nights stay. Experienced earthquake for first time. Front desk was able to comfort us and explained about building code of Japanese high rise. Felt a lot better afterwards.

KURUMI Weekly Mansion

"Beautiful neighborhood."
Kurumi Mansion is first of all not a new building and Tokyo does have occasional earthquakes so there are signs of minimal associated wear. The manager Mr. Sasano is very people oriented and has the room staged with notes on WI-FI connection set up, TV remote use, Air condition use and general rules for good neighbor manners. The building has a lift plus stairs and laundry facilities. The neighborhood known as Koto-ku stole my heart and even though I had a rail pass I rarely used it. Kurumi Mansion is next to the Sumida river and is so peaceful I could spend hours watching the boats go by. Walking distance to restaurants, neighborhood parks, shrines and shopping. Close by train stations are Hacchobori, Kayabacho, Ningyocho, Suitengumai, Monzennakacho and Kiyosumishirakawa. There is no Maid service and there is no doorman so please be aware of this. Private bathrooms and a small kitchenette area are just what I needed because I have very large body art and Japanese society has bathing restrictions on body art (remember it is their country, their rules). The rooms have western style beds and toilets for those who take time to adapt to another culture. Walking distance to Post Office which I passed 3 times because it's smaller to what I see in the US but perfect. 7-i and Lawson stores everywhere and 100 Yen store also in walking distance. Kurumi Mansion is not a chain Hotel and with that in mind not for the must be perfect traveler. I personally will be going back many times.

"Good location"
Staff upon arrival was very understanding of our needs. Staff was always welcoming whenever you left and returned to the hotel. Shinagawa train station across the street along with the Aeon shopping center and decent restaurants was quite convenient.

"Capsule hotel "
It was my first experience in a capsule hotel and i can say, with no doubts, that was good. The place was nice, clean enough, and the stuff helpfull. As many places in Japan, you get to use amenities such us steaming room or idromassage. The best thing is the location, perfectly placed in Shinjuku. Generally speaking the place is old, but If you consider the price, it's really worth it. Also it's an experience to try once in your life.
