Hotel exactly as shown in Expedia pictures. New hotel so everything from furnishings to beds are in new condition. Modern and clean. We needed a room for a late night arrival to airport. Definitely all amenities of an American hotel. Breakfast was good, full buffet with hot & cold breakfast options. But breakfast should be optional, we tried it just because we had already paid for it, but we would have rather not had breakfast at the hotel. We had a 1 room with 2 beds, for 4 adults, hotel charges $15dlls for each person (3rd person ...4th person ect). Instead of one basic fee for the room. Also similar hotels in the nearby area have lower rates. As far as condition of hotel and room we were very pleased, staff was excellent at all times, they even offer to call a taxi to deliver us takeout (for a very small fee paid to taxi) since the Chillis closed at 11pm , and we were hungry when we arrived. My only complaint about room was that it did not have blackout curtains/blinds. The blinds were somewhat see through/sheer, they only blocked the light in 50%.
I stayed an evening as I was flying into and out of Guadalajara over a day. What you expect from the Hampton's, coffee in the foyer, comfortable clean room, decent WiFi and staff were helpful in the limited interactions I had with them. A free shuttle to the airport completed the stay.

At the Hampton Inn Guadalajara Airport Mexico hotel, we know what it is like to be on the road or in the air. Places to fly …More
The hotel is very clean quiet, it's decorated to make you feel like home. All the staff from manager to made smile and are there for every need . This is the only place I will stay if I come back to Guadalajara.
Lovely little hotel. Our room had a 4-poster bed with a very comfortable mattress. The room was small, but adequate, and was located near the pool. We had a very nice meal in the restaurant in the evening - great food, and attentive waiter. Would absolutely stay there again,
