Downsides: badly damaged kitchen tiles, king bed had queen-size sheet and only two pillows, initially short on towels, two beach towels smelled, and the location is far from the city/not walkable—we spent over $120 USD on taxis. Good service, but unit needs better maintenance and clearer location expectations. "

"The process and thorough commnunication from start to finish was fantastic and easy. The unit was immaculate and well equipped. Bed was very comfy and a nice bathroom/shower. Otherwise it's very basic accommodations - but well located, a stone's throw from the beach in a quaint little neighborhood just outside of the downtown. The outdoor patio is wonderful with a beautiful view. For the price it's an excellent value! Thanks for everything."

"It was our first time in Holbox, and we stayed at this hotel, which is located literally right on the beach. The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and centrally located—you can easily walk to the restaurants. Fortunately, all the food is excellent! The bars are also great, some even featuring live music, and convenience stores are very close by. Above all, the entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful. almost forgot to mention that breakfast is included, and it was delicious 😋"
