The hacienda and staff were exceptional and made my stay in Mexico City extra special. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming (thank you!). The property was charming with a lovely, comfortable and clean room. The garden/sitting area outside was a calm place to relax, read and do a little work. There was a shopping area nearby, but for me the park/natural area near the hacienda was a relaxing place to walk during my stay. This is a particularly nice place to stay for anyone visiting UNAM main campus.

Loved the property, location and staff. They were wonderful. Cleaning was great. Free waters bottles and very helpful staff. They helped us arrange transportation for a concert we were attending. I’d definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish
My stay at the hotel was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of the personnel and staff I encountered was professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay as comfortable as possible.
The level of hospitality was truly impressive. Everyone went above and beyond, and I consistently felt that the staff genuinely cared about providing an excellent experience. The attention to detail and responsiveness were exceptional throughout my entire stay.
It is rare to experience this level of service at a hotel, and it made a significant difference. Every interaction was pleasant, professional, and personalized.
I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff and service are truly exceptional, and I look forward to staying here again.
