"An amazing stay with beautiful facilities and friendly caring staff. We felt very looked after. Definitely recommend the Rasa wing and the benefits of this, with no children and peace and quiet (for the most part). Afternoon tea was delightful, evening cocktails very morish!! The only downside were the overly attentive gardeners who, armed with leaf blowers would be constantly noisily working throughout the day, it was quite disturbing! Thank goodness for noise cancelling headphones, but really for a five star resort this should not have been required!! Would we go back….yes we would."

"It was a wonderful experience we stayed in OZO . The bed is super comfy and we have a really good sleep . The stuff was super nice and super helpful . And love the parking system with lift . We don’t have to drive all the way up to the multilevel parking . Simply drive your car into the lift and it will bring you to the parking lot . It was an easy and quick parking system . Well done 👍 Dont worry the Ozo stuff will be there to assist you . Would love to come back again 👍😍 From. Jim & Jasica"

"This was a beautiful hotel and the bedroom was spotless - as were all the communal areas. The Glasshouse was a lovely place to eat and drink and the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. There are roadworks around the property right now but this is not really an issue once you’re inside so don’t let this put you off."
