Late check-outs without prior approval may result in an additional fee of up to $100. • Hot Tub Use: Guests must rinse off before using the hot tub. Do not use oils, soaps, or other foreign substances in the hot tub. Children must be supervised at all times. Close the hot tub cover after each use to maintain heat and cleanliness. Failure to follow these rules may result in an additional fee. • Fire Pit and Outdoor Use: Only use the provided fire pit materials (e.g., no wood in gas fire pits). Ensure the fire is completely extinguished before leaving the area. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am, and noise must not disturb neighbors. • Lost and Found: Items left behind will be held for 14 days. A $30 handling fee plus shipping costs applies for returning items. • Damage and Security Deposit: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay.
