1st time and definitely not the last. Love that they have a spa, bar and that breakfast is included. There is also a lounge on each floor that has snacks and is also included. Parking is included and you can leave and return if needed and no addl fee is added for parking. Great stay

It’s convenient location - but the rooms do not look any near to what really are. The bed covers look old and dirty , the floor needed repair. Also they have a no refund cancellation term. I put in the wrong date and requested a refund since I placed the second order not even 5 min away. They don’t refund under any circumstances. I tried changing the date instead of cancelling and I was not able to do so. So basically I got charged for a full night over a 5 min booking.

When we arrived there was a long line to check in- a man anda lady- the lady, I don’t know what she was doing, looking at papers when she could have checked in the guest first then work on what ever she was doing. This has never happened before, but it’s been 3 years last time I was at this hotel.

It’s more tel 6 standards, bed cover dirty to black shades, furniture’s scratch and dirty, towels stinks dirty. Price for sandwich, coffee and ice cream $45. Ridiculous expensive. Will never stay in the his hotel again. I fly dirty.

While the hotel's ambiance and amenities were generally satisfactory, there were a few notable drawbacks that affected my overall experience. One of the most noticeable issues was the condition of the showers. Despite the hotel's modern appearance, the showers showed signs of wear and tear. There was visible orange rust on the floor right under the shower water, where guests stand. This rust had turned the stone yellow, which was unappealing and somewhat unsanitary. On a more positive note, the mattress was comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. However, the covers seemed outdated, with visible wear and tear, including threads coming out. Despite this, the sheets and pillows were clean and comfortable, which was appreciated. I hope the hotel addresses these issues promptly to maintain its reputation. Despite the concerns mentioned, the hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the feeling of safety and the convenience of parking were definite highlights. The customer service was commendable, and the presence of a nice bar downstairs added to the overall experience. While there were areas for improvement, the hotel has the potential to provide a great stay with some minor adjustments. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and would consider returning if the mentioned issues are resolved.

I was arguing with the front office about I have told them to not enter my room because my daughter was asleep and they did and took the towels and just left me 1 wet I will never go there again
