Sleeps 8+ Two Story home within a safe gated community with FOUR bedrooms , two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room/dining room open floor plan. +++PLEASE NOTE THAT EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY I WILL ONLY BE TAKING DIRECT BOOKINGS WITH ME. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with a view of the ocean. It has its own private bathroom, a fireplace and walk in closet. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 twin size beds. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, the fourth bedroom has a bunk full/twin bed. We also have an inflatable tall queen size mattress, that can be provided upon request and prior approval of 10 guests or more. Note that there will be a fee for additional guests. Just 12 miles south of the US Border and 4 miles north of Rosarito makes this House very accessible to experience and enjoy the nightlife and food varieties that both Rosarito and Tijuana have to offer as well as a short ride back to the border or the Tijuana airport. Within this gated community, you also have access to a large swimming pool, tennis courts and a nice little park all overlooking the ocean. There is also a convenience store just blocks away that makes purchasing food, drinks and necessities easy and quick. The home is far enough away to feel secluded, but close to cafe Conrado that serves an excellent breakfast each morning. Rosarito beach is a short 10 min drive if you want, or stay at the beach at your home. House sits on the top of a cliff offering unparalleled views but you do have to descend a series of stairs to get to the beach. No big deal, just wasn't right outside the patio. Pro: Beautiful Spanish style home, the rooms and house were all very clean, clean charcoal bbq grill, ocean front with direct access to the private beach- the whole weekend we saw one other family out there with us, close to market/cantinas, TV with working DVDs (family friendly movies) Cons: the queen air mattress kept deflating during its use requiring me to repump it with air at least 4 times a night, the wifi was weak, the stair way down to the beach at night didn't have light (dangerous without flashlights). The pictures on the website did not give the housoe the beauty it deserved. Leticia and the gentleman that she was with the day we arrived were an absolute pleasure, she went over some important info and made some very helpful suggestions, handed us the keys to the house and off they went, leaving us to enjoy her lovely place. The place is bigger and nicer than what the pictures depict, so that was a nice surprise. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed (pots, pans, utensils etc...) for the 5 home cooked meals we made for our party of 10\. Beach is quite a few stairs down which isn't too bad, but the walk back up can be a bit exhausting if not in shape, have bad knees, or are older (not much of a problem for our group except the little ones). Overall the place was fantastic, it accommodated our large party with no problems, we enjoyed the extremely large patio and deck, and the kids appreciated the excellent WiFi. I have rented other places in Rosarito and in San Antonio del Mar (which is where this home in this gated community is located) many times, and I have to say that this house makes my top two as a Family rental. I will definitely stay here again when with a large group. Oh, I'd like to say thanks to Leticia for accommodating our early check-in , my family and I really appreciate that nice gesture. Very spacious, killer view and extremely clean. The home is in a gated community that offers a variety of restaurants and a convenience store for all the small necessities.
