30 m² studio apartment with a southwest-facing balcony on the 1st floor with elevator.  
Mountain and ski slope views.  
Sleeping arrangements:  
Living room: Sofa bed (double bed 160x200 cm) plus another sofa bed (single bed).  
Bathroom: Bathroom with bathtub, separate WC.  
Kitchen: Electric stovetop, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, refrigerator, and dishwasher.  
Additional amenities:  
Television.  
No hairdryer.  
Pets are not allowed.  
Bed linen and towels are included for rentals of 1 week or more.  
PLEASE NOTE: Linen is NOT included during the summer season (July-August).  
Complete linen and towel kit: €22/person
