(389 reviews) First receptionist was sort of rude maybe is their culture. But the worse was the room my closest is bigger one small night stand, no room for even the suitcase. What really bothered me all the rules they place on the room. Can’t use washcloths to clean face gave us two small packets to wipe face but were dry or get charge $35, can’t flush paper on toilet get fine to unclog, there were so many rules but the worse was the room look like they were doing construction on it. Not happy at all. The room was $210 per night. (328 reviews) The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Throughout the common areas they had soothing aroma therapy. The room was large and well decorated, lighting was very adjustable, bed was incredibly comfortable and the rainfall shower was fantastic. The 2nd floor heated pool near the bar is a nice plus, as are the chairs, towels, and drink service at the beach. We also visited the rooftop restaurant which was a bit pricy but had a good vibe and tasty food. Did I mention it's also right on the beach? Definitely would visit again.
