"Clean room. Responsive staff and nice refreshed hotel room that we chose (Room 1011). The masters bedroom was facing the busy street making it less peaceful than the 2 other rooms in the 3 br suite. The kitchen was well equipped and had complimentary drinking water good for 4 days for our stay. Will definitely stay again and do highly recommend this property/hotel."

"We always enjoy staying at the Crowne Plaza Manila and have become repeat visitors because our children love how conveniently it’s connected to the mall. The location makes it easy for our family to shop, dine, and relax without having to travel far. Our room was clean and comfortable overall. We did notice a cockroach on the nightstand one evening, which was unfortunate, but aside from that, everything else went smoothly during our stay. One small suggestion would be regarding breakfast. We felt that the breakfast buffet at the Holiday Inn on the opposite side offered a better layout and seemed to have a wider selection of Filipino dishes. It would be great to see more local options at the Crowne Plaza as well. Overall, we had another pleasant stay and appreciate the friendly service and convenience the hotel offers. Thank you, and we look forward to returning again in the future."

"Overall, we had a good two-week stay at Astoria Plaza. Check-in and our entire stay were smooth, and the staff were pleasant. My only concerns were that the kitchen sink didn’t have hot water, which was inconvenient for a longer stay. Also, we booked a two-bedroom suite, but it only came with one complimentary parking space. For a two-bedroom unit that can accommodate multiple guests, it would make more sense to include at least two parking spaces or offer an additional one at a discounted rate. Other than those issues, we had a comfortable stay."

"Whenever I travel to Manila, I will stay in this hotel , it is very convenient ,safe surrounding and has some 24hours eateries and convenient stores. Front staff is friendly, and very helpful, including the security guards. The down side is the Breakfast, insufficient choice and limited quantity. The breakfast are cooked mainly to suit local Philippines domestic travellers, Not international travellers. They served too much rice and garlic rice where it cater more to the general staple food diet of Philippinos who eat alot of rice in each of their meal , beginning with breakfast."
