"It was a brilliant stay, the young lad behind the bar who worked in the evenings, we stayed Friday Saturday Sunday and he was there every night was brilliant, so polite and well mannered and very attentive. Only problem was the WI-FI it didn’t work in the rooms very well at all. "

"Just stayed here one night as part of a short visit to the Peak District. The hotel is right in the centre of the beautiful town of Bakewell, so extremely convenient. It’s a beautiful old coaching inn with loads of interesting history. The whole experience was excellent. Lovely room with all the facilities you need and the team in the hotel were fantastic. From the friendly and welcoming check-in experience to the restaurant team, the service was excellent. I would definitely return here and I highly recommend it if you’re visiting the Peak District.
