I don't know how to describe my review. I was counting the seconds to get out of this hotel. The hotel overall disgusting, smelly . The room very old smelly you smell a really bad smell all the places. I find ants in my room and more the bathroom walls black and musty. The parking..... there no parking u have to park half kilo far from the hotel there a car pick u and drop u off. It takes from 10 to 20 min, thats mean u will be late. More and more ........ I have proof for everything u can check mu google review and picture there. Not recommended at allllll Very expensive, not worth it at all.

Good value but not walkable
Good value hotel in January. Clean with big rooms, could use some updates. Abundant buffet breakfast. Expensive dinner buffet without other walking-distance options. Must have car or tour bus. Difficult to find even with GPS- could use better signage. No walking access to the beach or city of Tiberius.

The property appeared to be having some of the rooms updated, I could be wrong, but it appeared that some of the decks below me were not as updated as mine. The hotel suffers from deferred maintenance (peeling paint on the exterior for example) but my room was updated and clean. The food would not be the reason to go there, but the view of the Sea of Galilee is hard to beat! I went for the view and that did not disappoint. The hotel appears to be mainly geared for tour bus business, so you will likely get caught up in large numbers arriving and departing.. but what a view from your room deck:)

The second we arrived we regretted choosing this property. They tried to charge us again after paying through Expedia that was only resolved by a third manager investigating. Overalll checkin was 25 minutes. Rooms are worse than a canadian prison, air conditioning only works in one part of the bedroom, curtains don’t cover the windows entirely so the heat is quite high by 6 am and feels like a sauna. Our beds were as soft as cardboard and upon pulling back a sheet there was a spider, a bug and a few hairs. The bathroom had mould in its corners, the bathtub was very old and shallow. Under every surface was grime and first from the sink to under he coffee table. The internet was poor and couldn’t load pages at times. The elevators are a joke, always packed and it is a rush to get in and try to get a spot. Parking is not available in front of the property beyond their 10 spots so you have to drive to the front, waive down security to follow you down the mountain to parallels park so they can drive you back up. The good, the view is incredible, the pool was as described and the small shop at the property was affordable and open often. If you are like me and read a review and think that maybe the others are just complaining and still decide to try this out I recommend paying the extra for the daily breakfast as long as you don’t mind a few sneezes and coughs into the open food as the staff carry it around’

Bad Stay in Tiberias
Hallway reeked (can't say if smell existed on other floors). Room was extremely dirty; many surfaces sticky (patches of floor, sofa, table, etc.) and in both showers clumps of hair from previous guest(s) were clinging to the wall. Air conditioning was weak in room where my 2 kids were supposed to sleep so we all slept in main bedroom. Wifi was non-existent in room for entire stay (3 nights); either connection refused or even if showed connected when tried to load web page would return an error or just hang (suggestion from staff was to sit in lobby since connection was good there). Gym consisted of 4 pieces of equipment all broken in one form or another. On the plus side, nice view of Kinneret and breakfast had anything one would want. Honestly, couldn't wait to leave.

Expedia booking service was poor. The hotel did not receive the booking and I had to call 3 times from Israel to UK, each time being passed on and told to hold on. I would not use Expedia again, I would use another way to book this nice hotel.

התארחנו במלון שישי שבת המלון היה מלוכלך, קיבלנו את החדרים לאחר השעה 4 למרות שנרשמנו משעה 12. בנוסף- רשמנו בקשה דרך האתר כשהזמנו להישאר עד מוצאי שבת והמלון לא קיבל את זה וכשביקשנו בקבלה ביקשו תוספת של 250₪ כדי לצאת במקום ב2 בצהרים במוצאי שבת (מחיר מופקע לשלם על זה שאנו דתיות) בנוסף- כל אחד מאנשי המלון עונה תשובה אחרת בקשר לנהלים, בטלפון וגם בדלפק הקבלה. החדר- הטלפון לא היה תקין, ביקשנו שירותים שונים (נייר טואלט, פותחן, טישו וכו) ולא שלחו לנו, השירות לא היה אדיב. מבחינת ארוחות היה בסדר גמור, טעים ובשפע. בסופו של דבר אחרי קצת וויכוחים קיבלנו הכל אולם הרושם הכללי הוא שהמלון זקוק לשיפור דחוף. קודם כל ברמת הניקיון של החדרים, הבריכה והלובי. ואחרי זה בשירות שהם נותנים לאורחים

3 days in Tiberias
I spent 3 days at the hotel. The allocated did not have WIFI access which was quite annoying as it was advertised. I had to go to the lobby area of the hotel to get a signal. The room allocated was comfortable although the balcony area seemed to be a magnet for the local pigeons and the floor, chairs and table had pigeon droppings on it. The view however was very nice overlooking the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights was pretty special.The pool area was nice and quiet as it was clearly off season. I was surprised the pool area closed as early as 5pm. Breakfast was very nice and a good selection was provided. I used the lobby bar for my evening meals and found that to be very nice and reasonably priced. The hotel really isn't walking distance from the town but there is a regular bus service both up and down. The reception were able to provide me with the details.

Totally mislead by Expedia - was told hotel was 5 star. Would be difficult to reach a 2.5!! Rooms not clean- staff rude- food inedible- location poor, needed taxi to go anywhere! Worst 2 days I ever spent at a hotel!

The hotel is not properly maintained. The rooms are old and the bathroom is not inviting to say the least. The only plus is the sea view from the room.

VISTA INCRÍVEL!
É um complexo de lazer, um clube realmente. Quarto espaçoso e uma vista do "Mar da Galileia" de tirar o fôlego! Atendimento em geral é muito bom, mas demoram muito no check-in. (Esse é um dos ponto negativos, além do estacionamento, que normalmente se estaciona nas proximidades. Fora isso, vale a pena, a experiência que se tem com uma ótima varanda, com mesa e cadeiras, principalmente se estiver com amigos para conversarem e comerem de frente para o lindo "Mar da Galileia". Outro ponto negativo é o WI-FI, não pega bem no quarto, apenas na varanda ou na recepção! Mas no geral recomendo o hotel!

חוויה בינונית אבל נעימה בסה"כ
החוויה הייתה בינונית הסיבות: חניה רחוקה מהמלון. המתנה ארוכה מאוד בצ'ק אין השירות - התקשרתי כמה פעמים ולא היה מענה טלפוני,עגלות שמגיעים למלון לקחת מזוודות ותיקים לא היו בכלל.

Não vale a pena.
A internet não funciona no quarto. Na recepção funciona às vezes. Não há estacionamento no hotel, embora o anúncio diga que sim. Vc deve estacionar na rua se encontrar vaga. A piscina é lotada e cheia de crianças. O quarto possui carpete bem sujo. Não vale a pena. Pelo valor da diária é muito.caro para o que oferece.
