We regret to hear that you were unsatisfied with your stay. We appreciate your comments, as they help us to improve our service and will be taken into consideration.
Regarding the maintenance work, sometimes unforeseen situations occur where unplanned repairs are required, however we do our utmost to fix them as quickly and as safely as possible. We regret that our guests may be disturbed by the noise, however it would be a H&S violation to leave things unfixed.
With regards to sunbed reserving, this requires collaboration with all guests at the hotel. Unfortunately, after having placed numerous notices in the hotel rooms and pool area, if guests do not comply we cannot force them to.
Despite these discrepancies, we sincerely hope to welcome you again in the near future.
