It is a 7 minute walk to the beautiful Playa Lima and the shopping centre Matagorda Centro Comercial.  
The property features two spacious master bedrooms, providing a private and restful retreat. Both rooms are well-lit with natural light and the master bedroom has a beatiful private balcony.
