"Another great week. Such a great location and a great place if you are vacationing with family or friends since there are 3 cottages on the property. We have been coming here for almost 30 years. It is a wonderful location- you can walk to the beach and bike to the rail trail. The driveway was redone for this year which has plenty of parking and it turned out very nice. The outdoor showers come in very handy. The sunsets are the best!"

"Here’s a polished hotel review that keeps it fair and constructive: Overall, the room was satisfactory and the location was excellent. There are a few relatively simple additions that I think would improve the guest experience. An ice bucket in the room would be helpful for getting ice, and larger bath towels would be appreciated. Complimentary bottled water would also be a nice touch, or at minimum, a filtered bottle-filling station somewhere on the property. The mattresses were okay and comfortable enough for a short stay, but I would not consider them luxury quality. For someone who is more sensitive to mattress support, I could see them potentially waking up with some back discomfort. There are also no food options available at the hotel, even for purchase. There is a restaurant nearby, which is convenient, but having at least some basic food, snacks, or grab-and-go items available on the property would be a nice addition. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, with the excellent location being the biggest highlight. With a few additional amenities and upgrades, the property could provide a noticeably better overall experience."

"This property is due for an overall cleaning and inventory. I own a short-term rental in Florida and we do that twice a year and I highly recommend it. This property appears not to be cared for well. We did appreciate the toys and games for the children and it was a great location. The kitchen and bathrooms are overdue for a detailed cleaning and even a remodel would be fabulous. We felt like we paid top dollar."
