8.8/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
Staff does not seem interested in helping nor interacting with customers. Not only did we have a not-so-great check in experience, we have to walk by the front desk each time we leave/enter the hotel and not once has anyone made eye contact, said hello, etc. And it’s not just us, I saw it with other guests too.
I went to the front desk to ask a question and (different than check in staff I dealt with) like my previous interaction, the staff person seemed uninterested. It’s the best way to describe it. Neither friendly nor unfriendly, simply apathetic.
I love the sequoia trees outside our window, that’s a positive.

"Lovely place for couples in the heart of downtown Napa Construction next door hurt the vibe, and valet was packed when we arrived, so we parked nearby on the street and moved the car the next day to a new spot. This worked out each day, probably because it was not high tourist season. The rooftop ..."
