Terribly dirty in the bathroom. If we had notnalready paid snd only needed one night because of a funeral, we would've gone somewhere else. 200.00 for a dirty room was not ok.

This room was booked for FSU parent’s weekend… it was almost an hour away from FSU but the rooms in Tallahassee were so crazy expensive we had to go farther away to make it affordable. We paid almost $500 for 2 nights. Our room was not even close to being acceptable. It smelled like musty, moldy grossness. The carpet was damp and the humidity in the room was unbearable. The sink did not drain properly and there was black mold in the grout of the shower. I spoke to the staff…they were wonderful and came to look at the sink immediately. We ended up having to remove the stopper so that the water would drain out of the sink. We spent two sleepless nights in a damp, musty room. I hope that they deep clean this room before putting any more guests in it.

It’s a great place to stay but it is hard to get out of this town without private transportation. There are almost no options for publicly accessible transportation.

At check in my card was charged twice for incidentals and the clerk was rude checking us in. The property overall was not clean and my bed mattress was sunken in which caused me not to get a good night rest. Will not return again or recommend this hotel.

Our staff had checked the room with the stated complaints. We did not find soiled linen as mentioned. Guest was moved to several rooms which guest had used. Money has been refunded

The hotel and staff were great. The only problem was the people in the room next to us kept slamming the door which kept us up. I didn’t know who was doing it until finally I got up to check and saw them. I confronted them and they said they were leaving. It was nice and quiet afterwards.

I enjoyed swimming in the pool and sitting outside on the bench in the front of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and I got good sleep. The lady at the front desk was very nice and I enjoyed talking with her. Couple of things I did not like the water pressure in the shower was not very strong and the little fan kept coming on because of the motion sensor that was aggravating.
