From not being able to check in for over 3 hours due to their computer system being down to finally getting into a room after 20 people or more started flooding your customer service number. But that wasn’t the end of it, my room was fine but my sons room (which was also paid for by me) was already occupied, then to be given another room to find a naked man in that room to going back to the desk clerk to be told, “you might end up having to sleep on the floor if this room isn’t empty!” Really???? That’s how you talk to a guest that has been waiting almost 4 hours at this point in time! No offer was made by any member of your staff for either a refund, discount not even an apology!! Totally disappointed in the lack of customer service. I want a return email letting me know how you are going to take care of me (be it known that I am well aware that others guests were compensated)
