"Forgot" our wake up call???

We were on a unexpected road trip due to an emergency with my husbands mothers health. We arrived around midnight, and requested a wake up call at 6. Front desk had "company"? Or maybe it was just another employee..they were cutting up and laughing...having a good time. Anyway...she "forgot" our wake up call, which put us 2 hours behind. ( Did I mention we were traveling with 3 small children as well?) The coffee machine was completely out of service, and the lobby was hot and smelled like....sweat. We were only there to sleep, and didn't stay long enough to see much else, but I did notice the pool was dirty and cloudy, and closed. Room and bathroom were clean though, and we did sleep very well.
